We have been married for 1 year and it has been the greatest year ever!!! It feels like we are still on our honeymoon.

our house
We would like a house. we are first time home buyers and don't know where to start. Any advice? We have property but no house to put on it. We have been looking at modular homes but haven't been getting very far.
We were married on October 11, 2008. it was a beautifully cold day. but we were surrounded by family and close friends so we didn't even notice the cold.
