I have been having a blast canning this year...it has been my first time and I have a friend that gave me a bunch of her apricots and another friend gave me a bunch of apples my uncle gave me peppers and tomatoes and I just bought a box of peaches (tonight's project)I have learned allot from everyone....all sorts of tips and tricks and ways to make it better...now if I can only find more bottles that's the part that is killing me!
